Water and Power: Are public services still public?

This new video by the Municipal Services Project examines the question of corporatisation and how it can affect public services, specifically in the energy and water sectors.

Corporatised agencies are fully owned by the state but have separate legal and financial status. The video gives positive examples of how municipalities are dealing with this phenomenon, drawing on research on corporatisation cases from around the world. Subtitled in French and Spanish.
