EPSU, PSI's European branch, launched on 22 January its report on "Training, jobs and decent work for young people in the public sector". The event took place in the EPSU offices and was presented by Nick Clark, researcher for the Association for Working Lives Research Institute, London University and author of the report, Céline Moreau (Jeunes FGTB) and Pierre Ledecq (Jeunes CSC).

The report examines the extent to which young workers are employed in three sections of the public services and are affected by precarious employment in these sectors. It also looks into the approaches adopted by EPSU affiliates, public sector unions, to respond to the challenge posed by the treatment of young workers in public services, whether by collective bargaining, campaigns or internal structures.
