The meeting of the Asia Pacific Women's Committee (APWOC) preceding the APREC will take stock of the gender equality campaigns in the region.
As post-2015 discussions are ongoing the APWOC will be active in the national campaigns and highlight equality issues with a public services perspective and engage with national and international institutions. APWOC will have a focus discussion on inequalities and discrimination within international and regional mechanisms and structures.
