In this video Rosa Pavanelli, General Secretary of Public Services International (PSI), addresses the Conference of Speakers of European Union's Parliaments on 21 April in Rome, Italy.
"It's the role and responsibility of EU Parliaments to remain constantly and acutely vigilant on the consequences of trade agreements, and on the interests behind them, whether those agreements are about trade, development, human rights and living conditions of people inside and outside Europe,” said Pavanelli at the Conference of Speakers of European Union's Parliaments, on 21 April in Rome. Pavanelli addressed a session about the role of Parliaments in trade agreements.
