Two days to stop global corporate power grab: Sign the petition

13 September 2012
Details are leaking of a top-secret, global corporate power grab of breathtaking scope - attacking everything from a free Internet to health and environmental regulations. Sign to stop it.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) is a pact that the United States is negotiating with Australia, Canada, Japan and eight other countries in the Pacific region. The agreement is packaged as a "free trade" agreement.

The reality is that international corporations plan for a giant global pact, with an international tribunal to enforce it, and this has been kept top secret for years.

The latest round of negotiations ends on September 15.

You can sign a petition against the plans on the Avaaz webpage.

Avaaz is a global web movement to bring people-powered politics to decision-making everywhere.
