On 14 November, PSI President Dave Prentis launched the meeting and PSI General Secretary Rosa Pavanelli presented the world report. Motyrõ, PSI’s new digital central content input engine, was introduced and the regional reports were presented by PSI Vice-Presidents. In the afternoon, PSI’s revised 2018-2022 priorities document was adopted, its project work presented and future debt work introduced.
On 15 November, PSI's work on digitalization and migration was showcased and the results of the 2017 Congress evaluation presented.
