11h00-12h00: “The Norwegian labour life model- the social dialogue, tripartite cooperation and bipartite relations- in the future. What will happen?

Lecture by researcher at the FAFO Institute in Oslo, and Professor II at BI Norwegian School of management,  Mr. Gudmund Hernesm Norway`s Minister of education and research 1990-95, and minister of Health 1995-97.

12h00-13h00: “The rumour about public sector - what about the public sector in the future?” Lecture by researcher and Economist at Frischsenteret, Mr. Knut Røed

14h00-15h00: Digitalization and globalization - what is the challenge for the trade union? Lecture by IT Professor at the Gothenburg University and IT-Advisor for the Swedish Government, Professor Bo Dahlbom.

15h00-16h00: Panel discussion and general discussion about the future of the trade unions in Norway meeting with the future by Leader of the Norwegian Labour party, opposition leader and former Minister for foreign Affairs, Mr Jonas Gahr Støre, Managing Director in the Public Employers association in Norway, Mrs. Anne-Kari Bratten, representative from Delta-Youth, Ms. Melissa Jasmin Engen Ringsø and the leader of Delta Norway, Mr. Erik Kollerud. Wednesday 30th November

09h00: Opening of the Congress - regular congress cases.

10h00: Visit for the International guest to Utøya [where the terrorist attacks took place in 2011] We take a minibus from the hotel to the island, and a boat over. We will meet Mr Eskild Pedersen, former head of AUF and Ms Khamshajiny Gunaratnam, Deputy Mayor of Oslo and one of the survivors.

Thursday 1st December

09h00-14h00: Congress continue and closing.
