Global Unions and GDF-Suez signed a global agreement on 14 May 2014 that will define and implement fundamental principles regarding health and safety at work within GDF SUEZ companies.
The global agreement, available in 12 languages, also lays down the intention to negotiate follow-up agreements on issues of mutual interest. Together with our sister global unions IndustriAll and BWI, PSI started negotiations on occupational health and safety (OHS) in 2013. The agreement has been based on the model of the European OHS agreement, which was concluded by the European Works Council (EWC), and modified to apply to global GDF SUEZ operations.
